How I use the CLEA approach in my work – Ivan Hauser Denmark

This is how I use the CLEA approach

I use it on people who need to get started, and to believe that they can change their poor condition (educational poverty)

1. CREATE a community of participants who can grow together and support each other
2. USE CREATIVE ACTIVITIES (body, voice, fantasy – all senses) which everyone can do where the participants can EXPRESS themselves: their hopes, concerns and desires – and their personality
3. Through these activities, make the participants PROUD of themselves and develop the courage to ACT for their own benefit
4. Be available for advice about their next steps towards a better life (consulting about education, jobs)
